- Susan transferred ownership of the folder but she didn't transfer ownership of the files and the files are set to be viewable by anyone with the link

Feedback
- last year's reviewer (shamilto@hawaii.edu) really likes the system, it's simpler to use than Interfolio
- The viewer in Interfolio restricted them to viewing one file at a time so they couldn't open multiple files at once
