- add a sentence that says the document will be automatically pushed to the provost/chancellor
Negative review process
- send review email
- start batch job to fire off 5/10 days after email sent
- applicant can click yes/no
- if yes, i want to review
- grant access to dossier to review
- create the rebuttal section/google doc
- send email to applicant/coordinator
- you have 10 days to review and submit a rebuttal
- start batch job to fire off 10 days after they click yes
- "Review Complete" button
- applicant answers yes/no I submitted additional info
- if yes, i want to review
In all emails, notate that the app will be automatically forwarded to the next level
