High Level Requirements
- Team Shared Drive changes
- Create a "rebuttal" folder
- Create a single google doc named "Rebuttal to Negative Reviews" under the "rebuttal" folder
When the application transitions to State 112 (Applicant Reviewing), the applicant is not allowed to touch what they initially submitted and coordinators are having difficulty navigating the process and the Google Team Shared Drive interface.
- No changes to the Applicant's google team shared drive permissions; they only have read only access
- Dossier tab changes
- The original sections and files must not be editable
- Create a section entitled "Rebuttal to Negative Reviews"
- Add the google doc created above to this section
- Section icons (add files, delete files) must be available
- Applicant cannot delete this section
- Files uploaded to through the dossier tab should be stored in the rebuttal folder of the team drive
- Review Dossier email changes
- Include information about the Rebuttal section on the dossier tab and the Rebuttal file in the shared drive
