Info Remove the modal and just push to state 112 if they hit the button? It'll auto-submit based on the batch job and push to state 114 so that they don't have to do anything if they don't want to review.

- Only the "Upload File" option is available for this section so replace with an upload icon instead of the plus icon
- Files uploaded to the dossier tab must be stored in the rebuttal folder of the shared drive
